One price per child per month, two classes a week, all year. Hold a place for 2027 with a refundable $200 deposit per child; the first Oakville cohort enrols at launch pricing with the initiation fee waived.

Enrolment for 2027 is a $200 deposit per child. Tuition starts when your first class is booked.

HST is charged on tuition, not on the deposit. Tuition starts only when your first class is booked, and we write to you before anything is charged. Ask for the deposit back from your family portal or by email.

Two or more children

Ten per cent off every child for each additional child in the same family, up to thirty per cent.

Eleven months at $549. Multi-student discounts apply to the annual price too. Whole unused months after the current one are refunded if you leave, less the value of the free month if it was taken.

Every worksheet and answer keyNothing to buy and nothing to bring. Classes are paper and pencil, with slides on the wall.

The family portalAttendance as the teacher marks it, class announcements, billing, the enrolment agreement, and a place to suggest topics.
The December completion exam and certificateFor students who attend the full year, with an 80 per cent pass mark.

Terms in plain words

The full enrolment agreement is shown and signed during enrolment and kept in your family portal. The refund and cancellation policy is on its own page.

Deposit: A $200 refundable deposit per child holds the place for 2027. It is credited to your first month's tuition, refunded in full on request before the first class, and refunded automatically if we have not opened a class for your child's grade band at the Oakville location by 31 December 2027. HST is charged on tuition, not on the deposit.
Billing: Tuition is charged monthly to the card you provide through Stripe, our payment processor, from the month of your first class, with the deposit credited to that first month. We never see or store card numbers. HST at 13 per cent is added at checkout and shown on every receipt.
Cooling-off: Cancel for any reason within 10 days of receiving your written agreement and everything you paid is refunded within 15 days.
Pausing and cancelling: Pause or cancel at the start of any month by giving notice through the family portal before the previous month ends. Tuition already paid for the current month is not refunded; the student may attend to the end of that month. A paused membership keeps the student's place for a set period and the initiation fee is not charged again on return.
Missed classes: Missed classes are not refunded. Where space allows, a missed class can be made up in another session of the same program in the same month.
Supervision: Our supervision runs from sign-in at the start of class to the end of class. Parents are responsible for the student outside that window and are welcome to stay on the premises.
Price changes: We may change fees with 30 days' notice. A change takes effect at your next monthly renewal, and you may cancel before it does.
