This site and the Pro+ online course are operated by Genius Learning Lab Inc., operating as Genius Learning. By using the site or the course you agree to these terms.

You must give accurate information and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account; sharing a login is a breach of these terms and we may close the account.

When you buy Pro+ or activate an access code, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course for 12 months from activation. Course videos, worksheets, quizzes and text are our copyright. You may not download (except where a download button is provided), copy, record, share, resell or use the content to train any machine learning system.

Codes are single use, expire on the date shown, and may be revoked if obtained or used in breach of these terms or an employer’s agreement with us.

If your employer paid for your seat, we share your enrolment status, progress percentage, completion date and final assessment result with your employer’s named administrator. We do not share your reflections or written answers.

A certificate of completion is issued when you complete every module and pass the final assessment at 80 per cent or higher. Each certificate has a public verification page at geniuslearning.ca/certificate showing your name, the course name, the completion date and the certificate number. You may ask us to remove the public page at any time.

It also covers the refundable enrolment deposit for the in-person programs: credited to the first month’s tuition, refunded in full on request before the first class, and refunded automatically if we have not opened a class for the child’s grade band at the Oakville location by 31 December 2027.

Course content is general education about personal finance, housing, business and law in Canada. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not create a lawyer-client or adviser relationship with Genius Learning Lab Inc. or any person connected with it. Speak to a qualified professional about your situation.

No scraping, automated access, security probing, or uploading of harmful content.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may update content and features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim relating to the site or the course is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance.

Ontario law applies. Disputes are heard in the courts of Ontario.
