Refund and cancellation policy

• A $200 deposit per child holds your child's place for 2027 classes.
• The deposit is credited to your first month's tuition.
• It is refunded in full on request at any time before the first class.
• It is refunded automatically if we have not opened a class for your child's grade band at the Oakville location by 31 December 2027.
• Ask from your family portal or by email from the address on the account. The full deposit goes back to the original payment method within 15 days.
• HST is charged on tuition, not on the deposit.

• 10-day cooling-off: cancel for any reason within 10 days after receiving your written enrolment agreement, by email, and everything you paid is refunded within 15 days.
• After that, pause or cancel at the start of any month with notice through your family portal, or by email, by the 20th of the previous month. Tuition already paid for the current month is not refunded; the student may attend until the end of that month.
• A paused membership keeps the student’s place for up to 3 months, and the initiation fee is not charged again on return within that period.
• Annual prepayments are refunded for whole unused months after the current one, less the value of the free 12th month if it was taken.
• The initiation fee is not refundable after the cooling-off period.
• Four-class guarantee: if after four classes your child does not want to come back, we refund the month.
• Missed classes are not refunded. Where space allows, a missed class may be made up in another session of the same program within the same month.

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed fewer than 2 lessons. No refund after that, or once a certificate has been issued.

Unused, unactivated codes are refundable to the employer within 90 days of the order. Activated seats are not refundable.
